Within the Project Space MIUM exhibition, the artist has returned to the white cube to re-examine the social and economic potential of the gallery context. In a world seemingly more divided than ever, she envisions a future where various worlds can connect and support each other, fostering a sense of unity and hope for everyone.

At Project Space MIUM, she presents an installation with stools, tables and wall panels that offer a possibility for interaction. In the Korean historical context, only the emperor used the stools and high tables to show his power. However, at the exhibition, these stools and tables represent something different. They symbolise the democratisation of society, the distribution of power to everyone — to all citizens.

Visitors of Project Space MIUM are not just passive observers, but active participants. The artist encourages them to interact with the furniture elements and painted panels, and even change the exhibition daily with the gallerist or her assistant. Project Space MIUM became a playground for dialogical exercise.

Visitors and art lovers are also invited to purchase various furniture elements and painted panels and create their own home installations and social settings. By purchasing, visitors not only support the NJOKOBOK project but also become members of the NJOKOBOK Friends, encouraged to share pictures of their home installations within the NJOKOBOK network.
